Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring regulatory updates, maintaining compliance tracking systems, and conducting research on applicable laws.
Help review, compare and revise corporate agreements while maintaining the legal document database.
Assist with tasks related to legal research, employment law, and risk management processes.
Organize legal files, coordinate with internal teams and external counsel, and provide general administrative support to the legal team.
Requirement: A final-year Law student (with no onsite classes) from a reputable University or equivalent
Strong legal knowledge, excellent research and writing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft office and legal research tools.
Prior internship or exposure to corporate legal or litigation work is a plus but not mandatory.
Proactive, collaborative, and able to handle confidential information effectively.
Committed to an internship of minimum 3 months
