The Role

We are looking for a skilled Account Partner to drive sales and customer success for Veeva LIMS (Laboratory Information Systems) Basics, a new, rapidly growing application for emerging biotechnology companies. This exciting, high-impact opportunity requires both experience selling QC-focused technology and entrepreneurial mindset around bringing a new application to market within an established industry leader.

To be successful in this role, proactivity, strategic thinking, adaptability and working effectively within a growing team are critical. You also must exhibit a collaborative, team-first work style, growth mindset, and strong judgement.

What You'll Do: You will be a foundational member of the Veeva LIMS Basics General Availability launch team and help establish the product as the go-to LIMS solution for biotechs with virtual QC operations

• Achieve team quarterly and annual sales goals
• Identify the right LIMS Basics prospective customers, execute LIMS Basics sales motion, and manage the full customer lifecycle
• Understand Veeva LIMS Basics and work with internal colleagues to build a sales strategy
• Act with urgency, integrity, and a core focus on customer success

Requirements: 4+ years of work experience

• Experience selling solutions into Quality across biopharma sponsors preferred
• Entrepreneurial instincts. Ability to understand strategy and connect it to operation
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales role to C-Level executives
• Ability to articulate business cases and value propositions to C-Level executives
• Have a creative mindset to make things happen
