5+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade full-stack applications at scale.
Strong proficiency in Python and modern web application architecture.
Experience building with Next.js

Demonstrated track record of owning features end to end

Experience operating production systems using logging, metrics, tracing, and monitoring tools while meeting low-latency performance requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent coursework and practical experience.
