Corporate Paralegal to join our growing legal team during an exciting stage of the company's growth. As a rapidly scaling Series C company, you'll play a key role in building the legal infrastructure that supports our continued expansion. You'll own critical aspects of corporate governance, equity administration, and legal operations while partnering closely with Finance, HR, Tax, and executive leadership to help prepare the company for future financing activities and a potential path to the public markets.
