Head of IR

Attovia Therapeutics, Inc., is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to lead our investor relations function. Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Investor Relations will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's investor relations strategy. This individual will help build and articulate the company's equity narrative to the global investment community — translating complex scientific, clinical, and business information into clear, compelling communications that build trust and credibility with investors and analysts.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company's corporate objectives, pipeline milestones, and long-term growth ambitions

Manage the company’s current investor relations agency and future public relations/media agency
