The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a highly strategic, execution-focused, and operationally savvy leader who serves as a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team. This person acts as an integrator across functions, a right-hand to the CEO (but not a gatekeeper) and an internal accelerator to company-wide priorities.
The Chief of Staff brings world-class organizational skills, executive-level judgment, and emotional intelligence to bear across a diverse and high-leverage portfolio of strategic, operational, and cross-functional responsibilities.
This role is ideal for a seasoned high-performing generalist who thrives in ambiguity, can think strategically for near and long-term, and brings structure for scale. This individual will spend two years in a Chief of Staff role and then, based on interest and capabilities, land in a high impact operating role within the company.
