As a Series B business scaling across the US and internationally, we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Austin and play a key role in building the talent behind our growth.
If you’ve recruited Site Engineers, Field Engineers or similar construction and engineering talent and love finding great candidates in competitive markets, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
You’ll own end-to-end recruitment across our US Project Delivery organisation, with an initial focus on hiring Site and Field Engineers supporting major construction and Data Centre projects.
This is a hands-on sourcing role. You’ll go beyond job boards to identify and engage hard-to-reach talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, local networks and creative sourcing channels.
