T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. The Role
T1 Energy is looking to hire a Process Manager to lead process engineering at our G2 solar cell fab in Rockdale, Texas. This is a senior technical leadership role for someone with deep, hands-on expertise in TOPCon cell technology and the experience to translate that knowledge into a high-performing, high-yield production environment.
You've developed and scaled TOPCon processes before. You understand the science, you know the toolsets, and you've seen what it takes to move from development to high-volume manufacturing without losing efficiency or cell performance. Now you'll own it from the top.
