Join our team and help students write their new story.
As a Behavior Services Supervisor at New Story Schools, you will lead the development and oversight of behavior plans to ensure they align with each student’s IEP. You’ll coach, guide, and support staff in implementing best practices that create safe, effective learning environments for all students.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in education or human services field (master’s preferred)
- Current BCBA, BCaBA, or relevant professional license
- Minimum two years of clinical experience providing ABA services to children with disabilities
- Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in behavior support strategies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
