Job Description:
This role plays a key role in supporting the success of our centralized Personal Lines service team. This individual will help guide day-to-day service operations, mentor team members, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Lines professional who is ready to step into a leadership role. While prior management experience is not required, a desire to lead, support others, and grow within service and operations is essential.
