About the Role
Personal Lines Service Agents are essential members of our client service team, helping customers navigate their insurance needs with confidence and care. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for personal lines clients, handling inbound service requests and providing timely, knowledgeable support.
Responsibilities include processing policy changes, answering billing questions, issuing certificates and ID cards, verifying coverage, assisting with renewals, and helping clients better understand their insurance coverage.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
