Personal Lines Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional with a strong sales and service background who is looking to advance their career in a leadership role.

The Personal Lines Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Personal Lines department, driving sales growth, and leading a team of support staff. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success within the insurance industry and demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Personal Lines department's volume and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop staff.
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused culture that delivers exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
• Support staff development through training and ongoing mentorship.

Requirements

• 7+ years of insurance sales and service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and services.
