Commercial Lines Operations Manager
Leavitt Group of Northern Arizona is seeking a Commercial Lines Operations Manager to lead and support our Commercial Lines service team. This role is responsible for providing operational leadership, maintaining service continuity, developing employees, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. We're looking for someone who enjoys developing people, building strong teams, and serving as a technical resource and leader within the Commercial Lines department.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop Commercial Lines service team members, including Account Managers and Processors, while fostering a positive and accountable culture. Partner with agency leadership to oversee department operations, support onboarding and training, manage team capacity, and ensure consistency in service, documentation, and workflow execution.
