Pyron Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support and serve individuals and families with their personal insurance needs.
In this role, you'll become a trusted resource for clients by helping them navigate coverage decisions, policy changes, renewals, and everyday insurance questions.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with personal insurance clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for policy servicing and account support
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other service requests
- Review accounts and identify opportunities to improve client protection
- Assist clients with coverage questions, billing concerns, and claims support
- Work closely with Personal Risk Advisors and carrier partners to deliver excellent service
