Interplay is a New York City-based innovation ecosystem building high-growth companies. We start, advise and invest in exceptional companies in AI/software, services and manufacturing verticals in the United States. We also operate a multi-family office, investing across diverse asset classes.
We’re looking for a leader to take responsibility for developing a world-class team. This person will own our talent function as part of the operations team. At Interplay, “talent” includes:
- 1) all things recruiting and HR
- 2) supporting the existing team members in their personal development
- 3) maintaining the office work environment
- 4) organizing key culture events for the team as well as external business affiliates
We have a strong preference for candidates capable of leveraging our advanced internal AI systems to streamline recruiting, talent, office and event systems.
For the right person, no task will be too big or too small; a typical day could include interviewing pedigreed CEO candidates, restocking the fridge, and everything in between. At Interplay every activity is critical and completed with pride. Our success is the sum of all of the parts.
