We have many years of experience working at Meta, Stripe, Intercom, Revolut, Deel, JetBrains, and other great companies.

We have combined our professional networks. Our friends work at most tech companies you’ve heard of from big tech to YC startups.

We act as a recruitment agency. A very unusual one

Our mission is to help AI companies build exceptional product and design teams, and to help professionals find jobs that make them happy.

As an agency, we have successfully collaborated with a bunch of great companies from enterprises to YC startups and placed top talent in JetBrains, Recraft, Replika, TripleTen, Pleo, Capital.com, Manychat, Ziina, Solidroad and many others.

We have a strong opinion that recruiting is best done by competent professionals

That’s why we have no recruiters, everything is done by PMs and Designers.

Each of our community members is a mature independent professional. We have no management, no mandatory meetings or work schedule. And we don't tell people what to do. Like at all.

We value each participant not only as a professional but also as a human being, an individual. That's why we invest quite a lot in getting to know each other.

Everything is remote, and we're all scattered across different cities. From time to time, we meet offline.

We love learning from each project and openly discuss all successes and failures internally. Perhaps, that's why we work much more efficiently now than a year ago.
