RN Case Manager Job Description (Full-Time)
Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manger – Home Health
Compensation
Compensation:
$64.10 per point, plus mileage reimbursement
Work Week:
Full-Time
Hours:
Day shift-9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule:
Monday-Friday ( On Call rotation required)
Location:
Field-Based | Huntsville and surrounding area-Pod
