About the Job

Growing those games requires a deep understanding of players, creativity backed by data, and continuous experimentation.As a Senior Growth Manager / Growth Manager, you will drive the growth of our games by developing and executing data-driven user acquisition strategies, optimizing marketing performance, and discovering new opportunities to scale.
Working closely with Product and Analytics teams, you'll turn insights into impactful campaigns that bring our games to players worldwide.This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership from day one, working in a highly collaborative environment to scale our games through data-driven marketing. Your work will have a direct impact on player growth and the success of our games.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across major advertising platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPI, LTV, and retention.
- Design and execute creative testing strategies in collaboration with Marketing Artists and Creative teams.
- Analyze campaign, product, and player data to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing efficiency.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize channel allocation based on performance.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging user acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to maximize player growth and long-term performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in mobile game marketing, user acquisition, or performance marketing.
- Professional experience in the mobile gaming industry is required.
- Proven experience managing paid user acquisition campaigns for mobile games.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with attribution and analytics platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of key mobile marketing metrics, including CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
