Position Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and dependable
Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to support a large commercial service project in Tampa, FL. This role is responsible for independently installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems in accordance with company standards and local building codes.
This position requires an experienced technician capable of handling complex commercial systems—including chiller plants and multi-brand equipment—with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced diagnostic expertise, strong leadership capability, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and high-quality workmanship.
