Position Summary
The Fabrication Shop Plumbing Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising all daily plumbing fabrication shop operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently achieved. This role oversees shop personnel, coordinates fabrication activities, and works closely with project management and field operations to ensure fabricated assemblies are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
The Foreman serves as a hands-on leader, fostering a culture of safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
