Position Summary
The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects, including new construction, tenant improvements, and retrofits. This role requires strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, the ability to analyze drawings and specifications, and the skills to collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
