The Director of Technology Development is a senior technology leader responsible for the overall architecture of the technology in use at both NOVOS and PRIME FiBER, including the underlying network itself, the B/OSS that drives it, and the internal IT infrastructure required to interact with it. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic ownership, focusing on operational stability, system simplification, and reliable end-to-end integration across internal platforms and wholesale partners.
The Director holds full accountability for systems and network engineering, support, and IT.
Key platforms and domains include Nokia Altiplano, Nokia Corteca, Sonar, COS, Vitruvi, IQGeo NMT, and homegrown solutions supporting planning, design, build, ordering, provisioning, activation, assurance, and billing workflows.
