Our systems can automatically detect and reason about any physical activity captured on camera, from security incidents (e.g. perimeter intrusion, theft, LPR), to safety monitoring (e.g. PPE detection, injured people), to operational efficiency (e.g. material tracking, congestion monitoring).

About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to own the logistics and candidate experience behind every role we hire for. Recruiting at Specter runs across a wide surface: engineers, software, supply chain, and operations, often in the same week. You will be the person who keeps all of it moving.
This is a coordination role. You are the operational spine of the hiring process — the one who knows where every candidate sits, what is blocking them, and who needs a nudge. Recruiters and hiring managers depend on you to hold the details so they can stay focused on evaluation and closing.
