Last Mile Operations Manager

Now we're launching a brand-new, highly automated fulfillment center, and that creates a rare opportunity: to join a site from the very beginning and help shape how it works from day one. We're looking for a Last Mile Operations Manager who will lead the last mile team, manage a team of Area Managers to drive high performance, and help turn a new building into a high-performing operation.

This is the kind of role where you don't inherit years of legacy. You help build the setup, influence the standards, and leave a visible footprint from the start.
