The Role:
As a Principal Human Factors Engineer, you are in a technical leadership position coordinating team effort, engaging with stakeholders, and advocating for user-centered engineering approaches. In this role, you will be an expert in the application of MTI’s user-centered research, analysis, design, and development process to drive the vision of highly effective solutions for complex, critical missions.
Security Clearance Required: Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. persons and eligible for a U/S. security clearance
Your Responsibilities:: • Understand overarching project and program technical direction, develop a comprehensive human factors program, and coordinate a team to achieve overall project success.
