The Role

As an Install Associate

, you’ll receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced installers to build and install custom home organization systems. This is an opportunity to develop your skills and advance into a full Installer role.

What You’ll Do:

Assemble and install custom home organization systems
Read and interpret design drawings
Use basic hand tools and hardware
Safely handle and transport materials
Perform surface detailing and quality checks
Provide professional customer service
Work at least two weekends per month
Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license
Ability to read technical drawings
Basic hand-tool and hardware experience
Strong attention to detail
Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and carry products
