Warehouse Operations Associate
Landover, MD
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

As a Warehouse Operations Associate
, you’ll play a critical role behind the scenes, making sure our production and installation teams have the materials they need to get the job done right and on time.
If you’re hands-on, organized, dependable, and like staying busy, this is an opportunity to build your skills and grow with a fast-moving company.
What You’ll Do
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Receive, organize, and stage materials for daily jobs.
- Pick and prepare hardware, accessories, and job materials.
- Build pallets and prepare outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory through scanning, restocking, and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Partner with production, installation, and supply chain teams to keep everything moving.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred.
- Forklift certification or willingness to get certified.
- Ability to lift
- 50–75 lbs.
- and stay active throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
