The Role

Build the Next Chapter of Medely’s Enterprise Business

Hospitals don’t need another staffing vendor. They need a more reliable, flexible way to meet today’s staffing demands while building a smarter workforce strategy for the future.

For more than a decade, Medely’s on-demand staffing marketplace has helped healthcare organizations access qualified clinical professionals when and where they’re needed. Now, we’re building on that foundation with Talent Fusion

, our enterprise workforce management platform designed to help hospitals optimize their internal workforce, manage contingent labor, improve scheduling, and make better operational decisions.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to open strategic hospital and health-system accounts, uncover their workforce challenges, and determine where Medely’s marketplace, Talent Fusion platform, or a broader partnership can create the greatest value.

You’ll own a greenfield territory with meaningful whitespace and be responsible for generating your own pipeline. This is a hands-on hunting role without dedicated SDR support, so success requires someone who knows how to open strategic accounts from scratch. You’ll have the backing of an established healthcare marketplace, a growing workforce technology platform, and close partnership across Marketing, RevOps, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership.

What You'll Own

• Build your own pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, executive networking, referrals, conferences, social selling, and creative account penetration
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle - from first outreach through discovery, executive alignment, commercial negotiation, and signed agreement
• Open new hospital and health system logos by developing relationships across Nursing, HR, Finance, Operations, IT, Procurement, and executive leadership
• Navigate complex buying committees and negotiate enterprise agreements, including MSAs and multi-product partnerships
• Manage 3-6 month enterprise sales cycles while consistently creating a pipeline for future quarters
• Bring customer insights back to Product, Marketing, and leadership to influence positioning, product direction, and go-to-market strategy

What You Bring

• 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience with a track record of winning net-new business
• Demonstrated success generating your own pipeline and opening strategic accounts from scratch
• Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Success negotiating enterprise commercial agreements and moving opportunities from first conversation to signed contract
• Strong business acumen, executive communication skills, and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota

What Sets You Apart

• Experience selling healthcare technology or workforce solutions to hospitals and health systems
• Existing relationships within hospital systems or integrated delivery networks
• Experience closing six-figure or seven-figure enterprise agreements

You’ll work directly with Justin Lewis, VP of Enterprise Sales, and help shape how we enter accounts, position our solutions, and build the enterprise playbook for scale.
