Position Summary: This is a great opportunity for an experienced Escrow Funding Specialist that has residential title closing experience to join a dynamic team and a growing organization.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review all signed documents and approvals for funding/disbursement of funds
• Obtain funding authorizations from lender, if applicable
• Balance and disburse file
• Cut and send out all checks and wires
• Check Positive Pay daily to verify no check exceptions with the bank
• Help with daily recons and other tasks assigned by Manager

Qualifications: Required Skills:

• The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of one year of experience in multi-state fundings, preferably for a national title agent
• Knowledge and understanding of escrow accounting requirements
• Knowledge of real estate transaction documentation
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Understand the key touch points of a residential title and closing transaction
• Ability to be the primary point of contact to assist and resolve escalated issues
• Working knowledge of title industry systems and software. Working knowledge of title industry systems and software.
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Qualia is a plus
• Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
