ABOUT THE ROLE: The Cultivation Associate is a hands-on, essential role within our Cultivation team. You'll work closely with our Supervisors and Managers to nurture and manage our plants from growth through harvest. No two days look exactly the same — you'll rotate through a variety of tasks including transplanting, pruning, defoliating, trellising, integrated pest management, harvesting, bucking, trimming, drying, binning, curing, waste disposal, and keeping your workspace clean and organized.
