About the role:
Higgsfield AI is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to build and scale the operational engine that powers our global go-to-market organization.
This role is responsible for designing and optimizing the systems, processes, planning, and analytics that enable Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships globally to operate efficiently at scale. You'll partner closely with Finance and GTM leadership to improve forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, sales compensation, and business performance while creating the operational foundation for continued hypergrowth.
