Position Overview
Promesa Academy Charter School is seeking a caring, dependable, and student-focused
Self-Contained Instructional Aide to support students receiving special education services in a self-contained classroom setting.
The Instructional Aide will work under the direction of the classroom teacher and campus administration to provide academic, behavioral, personal, and daily living support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, professionalism, flexibility, and a strong commitment to helping students achieve greater independence and success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the classroom teacher with the implementation of instructional activities, accommodations, modifications, and individualized education program requirements.
