Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst - General Interest at Finni Health | LAYIQ

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care
Ability to work in a hybrid role with required in-person attendance at our Ontario, OH clinic 1–2 days per week
Reliable transportation
Ability to obtain or maintain CPR certification
Ability to successfully complete a background check as required by funding sources
Ability to meet the physical demands of working directly with children, including lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, sitting on the floor, and engaging in active play
