We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic
Behavior Technician to work in Santa Fe, NM
! You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA.
Whether you're an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare and are ready to get certified—we'll support you every step of the way with paid training, mentorship, and a caring team environment.

What You’ll Do:
- ✨ Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans
- ✨ Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills
- ✨ Collect data to track progress and celebrate success
- ✨ Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment
- ✨ Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates
- ✨ Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA
