Part-Time Hourly — for SLPs that want part-time consistency:

requires a minimum of 7 hours per week, allowing you to build your own caseload and develop ongoing relationships with families.

Full-Time Salary (Exempt) — for SLPs that was a consistent caseload

: your choice of a 30-, 32-, 36-, 38-,or 40-hour schedule, a dedicated caseload, and comprehensive benefits with recurring scheduling earnings opportunities.

⭐ Compensation: All Expressable clinicians are W2 employees.

• Compensation is determined based on experience, licensure, market considerations, and high-demand availability (weekends and after 3:30pm on weekdays)
• Part-Time Hourly
• Clinical Rate: $40-$58/hour. Covers both direct sessions & documentation time
• Full-Time Salary (Exempt)

Annualized compensation between $72,500-$115,000. The more high demand hours you work, the higher your compensation.

⭐What you’ll do:

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
• Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform
• Deliver outcomes-focused care through meaningful collaboration and caregiver engagement
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time
• Participate in required training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communication
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity

⭐ Requirements:

• CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number
• Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
• Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
