Description: As a Facility and Inventory Specialist

, you champion and level-up our facilities from a basic shop to a simple, effective, and systematic operation that supports the evolving needs of our R&D, engineering, and production teams. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment, where your contributions will have a direct impact on the future of decarbonization.

• Responsibilities: Own end-to-end operations of our combined office, lab, and manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational excellence
• Identify, anticipate, and resolve facility related issues and improvement opportunities, engaging with contractors as necessary
• Plan and coordinate facility build-outs to support evolving R&D, engineering, and production demands as we scale
• Receive incoming deliveries and routing to inventory locations, ensuring documentation and traceability are maintained with our systems
