Job Overview
The Facilities Manager at AEVEX Aerospace maintains and oversees the grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure a safe and functional worksite. They will perform many maintenance, safety and management tasks that promote a clean and safe working environment for all employees.
- Essential Functions
- • Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders
- • Coordinate between company and outside contractors to resolve issues and execute planned facility modifications and expansion
- • Inspect and perform routine maintenance on facilities and equipment including making repairs as needed
- • Receive, manage, and process work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly
- • Train and coach direct reports to promote a highly skilled and effective facilities team
- • Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces
- • Maintain files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for facility equipment and/or services
