We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product development for our high-touch care delivery platforms. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of medicine, operations, and software engineering - embedded directly with our clinicians and operations teams on-site to build an exceptional, seamless, and high-impact member experience.
You will translate complex multi-modal diagnostic data into actionable, motivating health protocols while co-designing the physical and digital end-to-end member journey alongside our care teams.
This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Team members typically work in our Manhattan office 3-5 days a week, with empathetic flexibility.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Embedded directly with clinical and operations teams to map, prototype, and refine high-touch care workflows that seamlessly combine real-world human service with digital touchpoints.
