As a Business Development Lead, you will be the driving force behind our B2B growth strategy, including identifying, nurturing, and converting major enterprise partners, elite executive teams, and high-impact companies to integrate Biograph into their corporate wellness and benefit ecosystems.
This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Team members typically work in our Manhattan office 3-5 days a week, with empathetic flexibility.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Identify, target, and close enterprise-level B2B deals with Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, and major organizations looking to elevate executive health and employee wellness.
- Lead the entire business development lifecycle from cold outreach and initial pitch to complex contract negotiations and successful handoff to operations.
- Articulate the deep scientific and economic value of our advanced diagnostic platform to C-suite executives, HR leaders, and benefits stakeholders.
- Develop compelling impact analyses and become a trusted advisor for key decision makers over the lifecycle of the account to demonstrate value of our platform and establish long-term corporate relationships.
