• What You'll Do:: Prepare site‑development construction drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Design water, sewer, and storm‑drainage infrastructure using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Develop engineering design considerations and support permitting efforts for land‑development projects
• Coordinate regularly with clients, project managers, and internal discipline teams
• Produce and refine models in Civil 3D, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project standards
• Manage tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations
