At Thomas & Hutton, you’ll contribute to a wide range of civil engineering projects—including land development, roadways, water, and sewer—while working alongside experienced engineers and project managers. What you'll do: •
- Prepare construction plans, exhibits, and reports for civil engineering projects including land development, roadways, water, and sewer
- Develop and revise detailed drawings using Autodesk Civil 3D in accordance with company standards
- Perform routine to moderately complex design calculations and assist with data collection for engineering analyses
- Prepare quantity take-offs and opinions of probable construction cost
- Assist in the preparation of project specifications, permit applications, and bid packages
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other technicians to support project delivery
