- What you'll do: • Manage civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients
- • Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
- • Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery
- • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams
- • Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
- • Lead and support proposal preparation and fee development efforts
- • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to support design development and project execution
- • Oversee engineering work and ensure alignment with project goals and company standards
