Moxy Memphis Downtown
, we’re looking for a Night Auditor to keep things running smoothly while the world sleeps. As the overnight ambassador for our hotel, you’ll ensure guests feel welcome, secure, and well cared for – even in the wee hours of the morning.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome late-night guests with a warm smile, check them in, and assist with any questions or requests.
- Handle the overnight audit process, balancing accounts and preparing daily financial reports (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).
- Monitor hotel security, ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and needs – whether it’s a midnight snack recommendation or solving a last-minute request.
- Prepare for the day ahead by setting up breakfast and ensuring the front desk is guest-ready for the morning crew.
