We are seeking compassionate and dependable
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Wellness team on a part-time or per diem basis
. The LPN will provide hands-on resident care, administer medications, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the Registered Nurse and care team to support residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities:: Provide resident care in accordance with individualized service plans.
