is seeking a Manufacturing
Customer Service Representative with Export & Government Contracts experience to join our collaborative team in Mechanic Falls, Maine
This is an ONSITE position. You must be able to commute to Mechanic Falls daily.
The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, supporting order management, quotations, product inquiries, and shipment coordination in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service while working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements of the Manufacturing Customer Service Representative:: Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
