Lead Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Waterville, Maine office!
The Lead Maintenance Technician will work independently as well as part of the team to keep our properties running smoothly by supervising the team and coordinating the day to day demands of the large and varied property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as facilities repairs, as well as occasional painting, cleaning, and light landscaping.

- Requirements of the Lead Maintenance Technician:: Experience with property maintenance and repair or related work
- Prior lead or supervisory experience
- Valid Driver’s license required and good driving record
- Flexibility in a fast paced, growing and evolving environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Physical requirements include being able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, walk between buildings, stoop, kneel, and bend as well as have hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:: Coordination of the daily maintenance and repair tasks for the property portfolios
- Supervision of maintenance team
- Removing personal property from vacated units
- Cleaning and painting of vacated units
- Light repair work (replace faucet, light fixture, etc.)
- Follow safety procedures when performing maintenance tasks
