Member Service Representatives for their location in Portland, Maine to play a vital role in supporting both administrative functions and Member care within their healthcare clinics.

Requirements:: Office experience required, medical office preferred.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to perform, manage, and appropriately prioritize multiple tasks.

Familiarity with and ability to effectively utilize general office equipment.

Ability to interact with diverse populations with care and empathy and to engage in active listening.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly in person and on the phone.

Strong computer skills.

Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions.
