Lead Delivery Manager

This is a hands-on, client-facing role, offering the opportunity to be involved in the full development lifecycle, delivering mission-critical projects for high-profile global organisations. You'll work in small, expert multidisciplinary teams, typically embedded with the client, navigating complex delivery challenges across software engineering, data, and AI programmes.. We like our teams to have high levels of freedom and value collaboration and pragmatism.

What you will find yourself doing:: Leading the delivery of complex technology projects for clients, taking accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout the engagement

Building and maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships — acting as a credible delivery partner at senior stakeholder level
