We are looking for a n administrator to join the team on a 12 - month fixed- term-contract

. The role is hybrid, from

Newcastle.

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience with complex diary management, if

you have experience of working within a

• n internal recruitment team that would also be advantageous although not essential.
• As a small team we are very hands on and proactive, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
• . We have offices in Bristol, Leeds and
• Scotland, you will be instrumental in booking in candidates across these locations including Newcastle.

You will hold the following experience:: E

• xperience in an administrative or office support role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Exceptional time management
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
