About the role
april is looking for motivated
Associate Customer Success Managers to join our growing Customer Success team. In this role, you'll partner closely with a Senior Customer Success Manager, supporting some of our most strategic wealth management and enterprise clients while developing the skills needed to eventually manage your own book of business.
You'll gain hands-on experience participating in client meetings, driving day-to-day account management, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and helping ensure successful partner outcomes. As you grow in the role, you'll progressively take ownership of client relationships, with the goal of independently managing enterprise accounts within your first year. Team members residing within the New York City metropolitan area are expected to work from our NYC office at least three days per week.
